- Season selectorsMatches, Tables, Players, and Competitions can show an archived season. Archived pages are historical and cannot accept new submissions.
- TabsSelect a tab to change the visible division or data view. Keyboard users can move through a tab row with Left, Right, Home, and End.
- Data messagesLoading means data is still arriving. A stale notice means cached data is being shown while an update is attempted; an unavailable notice means the requested information could not be loaded.
- Page not foundAn unknown or outdated address opens the not-found page. Use its View matches button or the main navigation to return to a valid page.

Getting started
- Browse matches, tables, clubs, players, competitions, rules, and league history without an account.
- Register an account and verify the code sent to your email.
- On Profile, choose your account type and link yourself to your team and player record.
- Once an administrator confirms the link, submit results for your team from Matches or the Captain Portal.

Matches
Browse the full match programme, find a match quickly, view results, and submit your team's scorecard.
- Choose a season and divisionEach division has its own page; use the division links beneath the header to switch. The season selector opens current or archived schedules for the division you're viewing.
- Use the matrixTeam numbers run down the left and opponent numbers fill the grid. Select a populated number to open the earliest unplayed meeting for that pairing, or their latest meeting when none remain.
- Use the calendarChoose a month with the tabs or mobile dropdown. To this week jumps to the current week, while match cards show the date, venue, result, and submission status. Venue names open Google Maps.
- Submit a resultA signed-in player with a confirmed link can submit a team result. Enter all four matches, players, scores, and qualifying breaks, then review before confirming.
Each team submits independently. Matching scorecards are confirmed automatically; differences are marked as disputed for an administrator to review. A team can edit its submission until the match is confirmed.

- StandingsShows each team's position, matches played, and points. Any administrative point adjustment and its reason appear beneath the relevant table.
- Player ResultsShows each player's team, matches played, wins, and win percentage.
- Highest BreaksLists recorded breaks by player. Each division has its own page; use the tabs at the top of it to switch between standings, player results, and breaks.

A directory of every league club and playing venue.
- Venue detailsEach card contains the club address, postcode, and available telephone number. Telephone links can be selected directly on supported devices.

Browse registered squads and handicaps for the selected season.
- Browse the listEach division has its own page, grouped by club. The value alongside each player is their handicap; N/A means no handicap is currently recorded.
- Past seasonsUse the season selector to inspect the squad list that was published for an archived season.

Follow competition draws, ties, published outcomes, and competition high breaks.
- Competition breaksThe opening table lists the player, division or competition, and break value, ordered from highest down.
- Draws and resultsCompetition cards show their stage, format, ties, notes, winners, and runners-up where those details are available.
- Submit a tieFor an active competition, select Submit result, confirm or enter both competitors, add the scores and any breaks, then save. New results remain awaiting administrator confirmation until published.

Create and secure an account, or regain access to an existing one.
- RegisterEnter your email and a password of at least ten characters. The site sends a verification code to your email.
- Verify emailEnter the account email and verification code before attempting to sign in.
- Sign inSuccessful sign-in normally opens Profile, or returns you to the protected action that sent you to Account.
- Reset passwordRequest a reset code, then enter that code with a new password. The two-step progress indicator shows where you are.

- Profile setupChoose Guest, I play in the league, or I help run the league. Players select their team and name; administrators confirm that relationship before result submission is enabled.
- Player dashboardA linked player can see appearances, wins, win percentage, breaks, team position, recent results, and upcoming matches.
- Eligibility noticesPlayers who appear for a higher-division team are tracked here. A fourth appearance requires the player to move up; later appearances are over the limit.
- Change detailsSelect Edit profile to reopen setup and change the saved account type or player link.

Captain Portal
A team workspace for upcoming matches, squad contact details, and overdue result reminders.
- Matches tabShows upcoming matches and recent results with home/away markers and submission status. Submit result opens the exact match card and scorecard on Matches.
- Squad tabShows whether each player has an account. Captains can add or edit email, phone, and notes only for players who have not signed up; signed-up players manage their own details.
- Reminders tabLists overdue scorecards and links straight to submission. A banner and count badge appear when action is required.
Privacy guarantee — Email addresses, phone numbers, and notes in the Squad tab are private. They can only be viewed by that team's appointed captain and league administrators. They are never published, included in public squad data, or shown to other players.
